A warming herbal blend with lingering notes of Lemon & Ginger. Traditionally Crafted for respiratory support ** Triple Sifted Mullein, Hyssop & Wild Cherry Bark help lift what has settled, creating space for ease of breath. Marshmallow root softens the throat, soothing the dry places that make expression feel strained. Ginger brings a quiet warmth that encourages ease of breath, circulation and expression, and lemon adds a bright, sweet, lingering finish.

Ingredients: Triple Sifted Mullein Leaf, True Hyssop, Ginger Root, Wild Cherry Bark, Marshmallow Root, Lemon Peel

Try adding Orange Blossom honey to enhance  Messengers citrus notes...

Steeping Guide: Mix Well. Use 2 full teaspoons per 8-10 oz water, just off the boil. Steep, covered 12-15 minutes.

Mullein, while very beneficial, contains small hairs called trichomes that can be very irritating... not always ideal, especially when you're already irritated.  I hand sift my Mullein 3x, to eliminate as many trichomes as possible, and I'm also offering a beautiful add on with this blend: Bergamot infused steep sacks. Simply fill each steep sack with your herbs and place in your cup. The unbleached paper filter ensures even the few remaining trichomes are filtered out.

Available in packages of 20, each steep sack is infused by hand with USDA certified organic, 100% pure, food-grade bergamot essential oil, which complements this blend beautifully.

Net Weight: 2.12 oz. (60 grams) Loose Leaf Herbal Tea - Handcrafted in small batches.

The Story Behind the Blend:

This one was created for the moments when the breath feels interrupted and the voice sits a little lower in the chest. With herbs that clear, soothe and softly warm, it supports the ease of speaking, singing and simply breathing deeply again.

Congestion has a way of slowing us down. It asks us to pause, to breathe more deliberately, to notice what has been held back. Symbolically, congestion mirrors the words we swallow, the ideas we postpone, the feelings we shape but never quite release.

This is a tea made for singers, speakers, teachers, storytellers, and for anyone who feels their voice is caught somewhere between their heart and their throat.

Let it be a reminder that you can sing when you feel like singing, speak when the moment feels true and always feel free to express yourself.
