SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (if available)
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days (if available)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations, including the United Kingdom and other countries. International orders may take 7-21 business days to arrive, depending on the destination and customs processing.
International customers are responsible for:
- Any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country
- Providing accurate shipping information, including any required customs documentation
- Understanding that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Address

Delivery Issues
Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend tracking your shipment and arranging for secure delivery if you will not be home.
Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
