Steeping Guide: To prepare as a tea: Mix well. Use 2 full teaspoons per 8–10 oz of water, just off the boil. Steep 7-8 minutes, covered. Can be infused multiple times.
Latte Preparation:
Use 8–10 grams (1 full tablespoon) per 6 oz of water. Infuse 10–15 minutes. Add 150 ml steamed milk of choice. Excellent with pure maple syrup and sea salt.
