- Ingredients: Tulsi, Turmeric, Cinnamon, Ginger, Cardamom, Wild Cherry Bark, Black Pepper, Star Anise, Marshmallow Root, Safflower & Rose Petals
Steeping Guide: Mix well. Use 8–9 grams (2 teaspoons) per 8–10 oz water, just off the boil. Steep 8–10 minutes, covered. Steep 15 minutes for a stronger infusion. Can be infused multiple times.
To extend botanical benefits, place discarded herbs in a glass jar, cover with warm water, and refrigerate to let infuse overnight. Strain and sip infusion throughout the day.
