The Story Behind the Blend
In the area I call home, there is a small pocket in the city that feels like it was built for wandering. The Northside District.
Northside has a way of gathering character in every direction, the kind you don’t have to look hard to find. Painted streets catch your eye before you’re even fully aware of them. Murals stretch across old brick in colors that brighten even the most ordinary afternoon. And tucked among it all are the places that make the neighborhood what it is: antique stores, coffee shops, book stores, florists, and boutique gift shops.
I crafted Northside to capture the essence of this place. Honeybush and wild cherry bark create a warm, grounding base. Cinnamon, ginger, and cardamom bring a gentle, familiar spice. Elderflower and scattered petals soften the finish, echoing the flecks of color scattered throughout the neighborhood.
It’s a chai for wanderers, for readers, for thrift hounds… anyone who enjoys lingering in unique places. A blend for unhurried moments - the kind that feel like “wasting a day” but end up filling our cup in the best way.
