Built on a foundation of Organic and Fair Trade Certified Black Assam and Chinese F. O. P. teas, this modern Earl Grey combines the bright sparkle of bergamot with lavender, lemongrass and the bright blue of cornflower.

A truly elevated blend, equally worthy of the finest afternoon tea or simply at the kitchen table - paperwork and all. 

Ingredients: Organic Black Chinese F.O.P. Tea, Organic Black Assam T.G.F.O.P. tea, Organic Lemongrass, Organic Lemon Peel, Cornflower Petal, Organic Bergamot Essential Oil.

Steeping Guide: Always mix well. Use 1-2 teaspoons to taste (3-4 grams) per 8-10 oz of shimmering water, just off the boil. Steep covered, 3-4 minutes. Enjoy plain or with milk and honey for a creamy cup.
