Sunny Chai - Masala Chai with a touch of citrus
Sunny Chai blends black tea and classic spices with orange peel, ginger and cardamom for a bright take on Masala Chai. A cup that feels both comforting and uplifting. Delicious on it's own or combined with steamed milk for a classic chai latte.
Ingredients: Organic Black Tea, cinnamon, ginger, orange peel, cardamom, rooibos, cloves, black pepper, calendula.
85 grams (3.0 oz) Loose Leaf tea - Hand blended in small batches
Steeping Instructions: Use 1-2 teaspoons to taste, per 8-10 oz of water, just off the boil. Steep for 5 minutes, covered is best. Can be steeped twice with excellent flavor.
Classic Chai Latte: Use 2 teaspoons per 8 oz of water, just off the boil. Steep 6 minutes covered, Combine 4 ounces of steamed milk with sweetener of choice and combine. Meadowfoam Honey makes an excellent addition with its toasted marshmallow notes, or try cardamom infused honey for an even deeper flavor.

Sunny Chai was inspired by the warmth of sunlight returning to the garden. As the days lengthen and the air warms, the garden begins to wake with small signs of life returning to the soil.
