Steeping Guide:
Use 2-3 grams (1-2 tsp to taste)
Pour 175-185F water (2 minutes off the boil) over leaves and immediately pour off. Tip: Save this cooled rinse water to nourish your houseplants.
Steep for 30 seconds up to 2 minutes. Infuse multiple times, adding 30 seconds onto each steeping. This is a very traditional method of steeping single varietal green teas and ensures a pleasurable drinking experience. Feel free to experiment with your own steeping methods.
